| 摘 要： | 分析了我国足球俱乐部的经营现状与困境，我国足球俱乐部的经营困境基本上是由运作不规范、风险成本过高、经营业绩欠佳等原因所致，应采取的对策主要有：降低经营风险，提高联赛质量，实施优胜劣汰。
