课堂答问中激励性评价的“靶向”技巧

摘    要:教师每提出一个问题,就如同竖起的靶子,学生回答问题的准确度即是子弹中靶的环数。要让全班学生积极参与课堂答问,语文教师的"读靶"无疑就是一种艺术,一种能让学生产生"中靶"兴奋度的本事。文章根据多年的教学实践,从线性肯定、梯次鼓励和迁延赏识等三个方面简述课堂答问中激励性评价的"靶向"技巧。

Abstract:Every question the teacher asks is like a target and the accuracy of the student's answer is like the number of target tings the bullets hit. To involve the class in answering questions actively, "interpreting the target rings" by the teacher of Chinese is undoubtedly an art or an ability that enables the students to feel excited as if they hit the "target". Based on years of teaching practice, this paper discusses briefly the "targeting" techniques of encouraging evaluation in the classroom questioning and answering from such aspects as linear approval, echelon en- couragement, and delayed appreciation.
