摘    要:人工智能技术在金融行业的应用使得金融行业面临新的竞争格局。互联网头部企业利用其人工智能技术研发优势和互联网用户基础,在智能金融领域的竞争中占据一席之地。本文对以百度、阿里巴巴、腾讯、京东为代表的互联网头部企业的专利申请情况进行分析,并利用波特五力模型,对互联网头部企业在智能金融领域的竞争力状况展开分析,明确其竞争优势,为其未来发展提出相应建议。研究发现,能否掌握智能芯片等人工智能领域底层技术,以及能否提供差异化的金融产品是影响互联网头部企业发展在智能金融领域竞争力的主要因素。未来互联网头部企业需要加强基础研究,提供差异化产品,加快人工智能技术在金融领域深度应用,并向技术输出型企业转型。

Analysis of the Competitiveness of Internet Head Enterprises in the Field of Intelligent Finance and Suggestions for Their Future Development
Abstract:The application of artificial intelligence technology in the financial industry has made the financial industry face a new competitive landscape. Internet head enterprises have their place in the competition of intelligent finance taking the advantages of their artificial intelligence technology and huge user base. This paper analyzes the patent applications of Internet head enterprises represented by Baidu, Alibaba, Tencent and Jingdong, analyzes the competitiveness of Internet head enterprises in the field of intelligent finance by using Michael Porter"s Five Forces Model, and provides suggestions for their future development. Result shows that the ability to master the underlying technologies in the field of artificial intelligence such as smart chips and the ability to provide differentiated financial products are the main factors affecting the competitiveness of Internet head enterprises in the field of smart finance. In the future, Internet head enterprises need to strengthen basic research, provide differentiated products, accelerate the deep application of artificial intelligence technology in the financial field, and transform to technology export-oriented enterprises.
