养护工艺对尾矿混凝土微观结构的影响

摘    要:研究了标准养护、56℃和90℃蒸汽养护对铁尾矿混凝土的影响,通过XRD、IR和SEM对铁尾矿混凝土的水化产物及微观结构进行了分析。结果表明:不同的养护工艺对水化反应造成很大影响,但是不会改变水化产物的物相组成。蒸汽养护能够更好地激发铁尾矿粉胶凝材料的火山灰活性。

Abstract:The effects of standard curing, 56℃ and 90℃ steam curing on concrete is researched. And the microstructure of hydration products was analyzed with XRD, IR and SEM. The experiments indicate that, different curing conditions have significant impact on iron railings concrete. But, the steam curing will not change the phase composition of hydration products. Steam curing can stimulate the pozzolanic activity of cementitious materials prepared with iron railings powder.
