开放型贫困生评定系统建构初探

现行我国高校助学金评定制度中存在不少问题，亟需研究者建构公平、合理、科学的评定系统。针对贫困生评定的相关问题，采纳“意向”与“量化”兼重的设计思路，给出开放性主观认定系统。该系统的具体操作包括贫困程度认定、综合评定两大过程，分别从贫困参数、非贫困参数层面评定贫困生，以求弥补贫困生评定制度中的一些不足。

On Constructing Open Evaluation System for Impoverished Students

There are many problems existing in the current Chinese college financial aid evaluation system. A fair, reasonable and scientific evaluation system is severely in need. As to some relevant issues about the assessment of impoverished students, an open and subjective system is setup on the base of ‘intention＇ and ‘quantization’. The system includes two processes, which are the identification of poverty levels and comprehensive assessment, and these two processes evaluate the impoverished students from the poverty parameter and non-poverty parameter with the aim to remedy the some disadvantages of the former evaluation system.
