| Abstract: | Using the textual researches of mathematical literatures,analysis and comparison were made on the new ideas of the first mathematical journal-Mathematical Journal-established by Beijing Normal University. It is considered that this journal had advanced conceptions by then and offered some experiences for the development of science journals published by Chinese colleges and universities. |
