Analysis of the Soft Clause of L/C and Its Prevention Measures

The soft clauses of L/C always make trouble for the beneficiary(exporter) from two aspects of "documents" and "L/C" to prevent the beneficiary from getting payment.However,due to the innate drawbacks of L/C,the poor management of exporter and the self-interest purpose of importer,soft clause of L/C often can be seen in foreign trade practice.So,It is so necessary to take measure of prevention,handle all aspects carefully in using L/C in preventing the losses caused by soft clauses.
