| 摘 要： | 运动竞争最激烈的是100米跑速度项目，即使差距0．1秒，也会失去夺冠，甚至名落孙山。运动员在比赛中所创造的记录，除了遗传性状天赋的人体素质外，更主要的取决于现代化的科学训练和现代科学技术的参与，才能有效地发展以速度为主的身体素质水平。

| Abstract: | The most gruelling in sports contest is the speed item of 100meter clash.Even if the disparity is only 0.1 second,one is sure to lose the chance to carry off the champion or even fail in the contest.In addition to the hereditary innate body quality,the records set by athlete in contest are mainly decided by the participation of modernistic scientific training and modern scientific techniques.Therefore,the body quality level which takes speed as the principal thing can be developed effectively. |
