| 摘 要： | 20世纪下半叶的技术、经济一体化推动着人类科学技术的迅猛发展，这种发展使人类进入到一个以知识的生产、流通和消费为特征的新时代。本文基于教育、科技、经济一体化发展内在规律，提出一种“学科性公司制“的科技发展新模式。
