摘    要:目前我国的违法广告现象非常普遍,针对这一问题,有学者主张修改现行广告立法。但笔者以为对现行立法进行修改耗时较长、成本过高。并不能够及时有效地缓解违法广告大量存在的“情况”,故而提出在不修改现行立法的前提下增强广告法干预力度的观点。本文试从我国广告法的发展、干预的理念以及措施等方面进行论证。

Abstract:Some scholars have suggested that the current advertisement law be amended to cope with the widespread transgressions of the advertisement law in our country. However, the author argues for reinforcing the force of intervention without amending the current law. Because to amend the current law is time and cost consuming and it can not effectively and timely reduce the transgressions. The author demonstrates this view point from the perspective of the development of the advertisement law, the concept and measures of intervention.
