The Construction and Enlightenment of the Teaching Design Model of College Flipped Classroom Abroad

With the popularization of educational informatization in higher education,flipped classroom,as a new type of blended teaching model,has found favor in college teachers’eyes increasingly.However,how to construct flipped classroom teaching model and improve teaching effectively is a common difficult problem in front of college teaching researchers and teaching practitioners.The team of South Korean scholar Cheolil Lim has constructed successfully IDMFLHE and has gained a rather good application effect in the teaching practice of Seoul National University.Their hierarchical design thoughts of curriculum and lecture of semester,curriculum prototype design,and their focus on teachers’understanding,model application and assessment,etc.,can provide reference for our solving the current difficult problems.
