关于高职教育创新办学理念的探讨

目前高职教育存在着诸如学生学习积极性差;创新能力低;专业设置针对性较弱;人才培养目标定位不清等发展过程中无法回避的矛盾和问题.为解决这些问题,就要创新办学理念,以市场为依托,适应社会经济发展的需求进行专业建设;要以就业为导向,使学生"进校成材,毕业有岗",同时要把对学生实践能力的培养作为深化高职教育教学改革的重点.

Discuss on Innovation Concept of Running Higher Vocational Education

Nowadays,there are many problems existing unavoidably in higher vocational education,such as passive in studying,low innovation,weak major setting,vague orientation of talent training aim and so on.In order to solve these problems,we should make the innovative concept of running colleges,rely on the market,make major constructing for adapting to the development of economic society,take the employment as the guideline,and make students "talent in college,employ when graduate".Meanwhile,we should take the training of practical ability as the emphasis of higher vocational education reform.
