贵州红花龙胆资源调查及主要形态性状分析

为了更好地保护和合理利用野生红花龙胆资源,通过野外考察、标本采集、分类学鉴定及资料考证,对贵州省红花龙胆资源进行了调查,并对其29个性状进行了描述与测量。结果显示,贵州九个地州市均有红花龙胆分布,分布范围较广,但资源储量较小;红花龙胆茎分枝变异系数最大(61.08%),千粒重变异系数最小(1.38%),大部分性状的变异系数为10~20%。随着旅游业的发展及原药材的收购,野生红花龙胆资源越来越少,建议在就地保护的基础上开展迁地保护及驯化栽培。此外,红花龙胆冬季开花,花较大,红紫色,可以培育成冬季观赏花卉。

Morphological Traits and Resource Investigation of Gentiana Rhodanthain Guizhou Province

In order to protect and use the wild resources of the Gentiana rhodantha better, the resource status in Guizhou province have been investigated by collecting and identifying specimen from field combining doc-uments. Meanwhile, 29 morphological traits of the Gentiana rhodantha have been measured. The results show that the distribution of Gentiana rhodantha is widespread but its resource reserve is low in the nine states of Guizhou province. The coefficients of shoot branching in the Gentiana rhodantha has the highest variance （61.08%） and 1000-grain weight has the lowest one （1.38%）, and the variable coefficients of most characters were 10~20%. Therefore, with development of tourism and acquisition of the original medicinal materials, ex-situ conservation, domestication and cultivation of the Gentiana rhodantha ought to be developed because of the less and less wild resource. In addition, the Gentiana rhodantha can be cultivated as ornamental flowers in winter because of its flowering in winter and large, reddish violet flower.
