| 摘 要： | 社会主义高等学校要适应新形势的发展,必须造就全新的高校图书馆员。高校图书馆员必须具备良好的职业道德和爱岗敬业、积极进取精神,树立社会主义市场经济新观念,在思想上强化信息意识,掌握一定的外语知识、计算机知识和公关能力,具有信息咨询的业务能力。
