| 摘 要： | 从“中央广播电视大学人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点”项目的名称由来及概念分析入手，在对远距离教育，开放教育等基础概念的定义和特征及其相互关系考察的基础上，推导出试点项目的可能性阐释，并通过现实层面的对比分析予以证实。
