| 摘 要： | 数字图书馆是21世纪全世界图书馆发展趋势已是不争的事实，本文根据数字化图书馆的发展趋势及网上信息源的特点，简述了网络环境下图书馆参考咨询存在的问题以及应采取的措施，同时也简述了网络环境下参考咨询员应具备的素质。
