| 摘 要： | 从我国经济发展的现状出发,从资本和劳动力资源在行业之间优化配置的角度研究了能源消耗控制问题,并以上海市的情况为基础进行了案例分析。研究结果表明,资源优化配置对控制能源消耗具有较好的效果,但是在优化配置资源的同时也必须充分考虑技术进步和消费领域的节能。

| Abstract: | Taking the case of Shanghai, the authors conduct research on energy consumption control from the perspective of optimal allocation of the capital and labors based on the developing status of Chinese economy. The research indicates that resource optimal allocation has good effect on energy consumption control and technical improvement, and energy saving in the field of consumption also should be paid attention to. |
