| 摘 要： | 高职教育需要培养学生的职业能力,职业能力的高低取决于专业能力、方法能力和社会能力三要素的整合状态。分析了人才职业化能力结构,论述了高职教学中体现能力训练的必要性,并阐述了高职教学中体现能力训练的教学过程。

| Abstract: | The higher vocational education needs to raise the students’ professional ability,whose level is decided by the coordination of the specialized ability,method ability and social ability.This article has analyzed the professionalism ability structure of talents,elaborated the necessity of ability training and the teaching process of ability training in higher vocational education. |
