| 摘 要： | 以“博士生炒导师鱿鱼事件”为例,从研究生教育现状入手,通过分析其中的师生冲突,进而探讨产生冲突的各种原因,并提出相应的对策,以期改进师生关系,为提高研究生教育水平扫除情感障碍。

| Abstract: | Taking the news that the students studying for the doctor degree fired their tutors as the example,this paper starting from the present situation of postgraduate education analyzes the complicit between tutor and student,and explores the reason resulting to the complicit,then puts forward the related countermeasures to improve the relationship between each other and remove the obstacles affecting the quality of postgraduate education. |
