论我国中央银行货币政策嬗变的轨迹与调适机制的转换

中央银行货币政策作为宏观调控的重要手段之一经历了不同的历史阶段。通过对我国中央银行货币政策发展轨迹的考察，对中央银行货币政策的调适机制进行分析和评价，得出中央银行货币政策与我国经济发展形势是相适应的。

Changeover and adjustable mechanism of the currency policy of the central bank

The currency policy of central bank is one of the important methods of macro-control.It went through different historical periods.The paper studied the development course of the currency policy of Chinese central bank,analyzed and evaluated the adjustable mechanism of this policy from four aspects:ultimate objective, intermediary objective,adjustable method and means of the currency policy,conductional mechanism.We reached a conclusion that the currency policy of the central bank is suited with Chinese economic development,plays important roles on adjusting the balance of total quantity of supply and demand and economic structure,is benefitial for stabilizing commodity prices and promoting national economic growth.However,we must know that there are some factors in our economic activity that restrict the currency policy.The conductional mechanism of currency is not unhindered.We need to improve the adjustable policy-making further.
