| Abstract: | The endowment insurance structure should be built up and the system of comprehensive arrangement should be improved in Hebei Province's comprehensive arrangement of endowment insurance.The curent unified government control over income and expenditure and the classified system of raizing funds have advantages as well as disadvantages and both should be further improved. |
