| 摘 要： | 微格教学是对高师院校学生进行教学技能训练的一种教学方式，教学中要体现数学思想方法和现代数学教学观念，进行教学语言的转化，教学内容的变化，加强技能训练与教学内容的联系，强化学生的学习活动，体现知识发现过程，思维活动过程和技能训练综合过程。

| Abstract: | Micro-teaching was a good way in normal colleges and universities. Thi s article expounded the practice and exploration of micro-teaching through intro ducing some ways of teaching skills trained in micro-teaching. It put forward th at it must materialize the mathematics thought way and modern teaching idea duri ng the teaching, and enhanced the relation between skill training and taught con tents and the course of the skills training, and strengthened the students' stud ying action. |
