| 摘 要： | 建国以来,中国城乡收入差距表现为人为的、外生性城乡差距,是由国家的制度安排和政府的经济发展战略及其相关的政策决定的。解决的办法在于取消不利于城乡差距的政策措施,实行有利于缩小城乡收入差距的制度改革,进行制度创新。

| Abstract: | After the foundation of new China,the urban and rural income disparities showed as factitious and exogenous ones,which was due to the national system plan,governmental development stratagem in economy and concerning policies.The solution to this lies in the abolishment of those policies and measures unfavorable to shorten the urban and rural disparities,and the practice of policies and reforms favorable and system innovation. |
