新课程改革背景下的有效教学交往研究

摘    要:新课程实施过程中出现了一些形式化的问题,导致了教学低效,甚至是无效,在这样的背景下,有效教学被凸显出来。而有效教学交往是实现有效教学的基本条件之一。因此,有效的教学交往备受关注,师生关系的重构,师生全面和谐的发展,教学交往观的确立是有效教学交往的最终落脚点。本文从社会学视角下提出实现有效教学交往的策略,希望能为一线教师的教育教学提供帮助。

Abstract:The new curriculum implemented in the process to have some formalized problem,has caused the teaching low ef-ficiency,even was invalid,under such background,the effective teaching is highlighted.And effective teaching communication is one of the basic conditions to achieve effective teaching.Therefore,the effective teaching communication receives the attention.Reconstruction of the relationship between teachers and students,the teachers and students comprehensive harmonious develop-ment,the teaching communication view's establishment is the effective teaching contact final foothold.This paper strength from the sociological angel to realizes the effective teaching communication strategy,hoping to provide the help for front-lines teachers on the teaching and education.
