| 摘 要： | 采用献、问卷调查和访谈等研究方法，就社区居民健身行为进行探讨研究，结果认为，居民健身的认知态度积极，参加健身的人数在逐渐增加，需求旺盛。目前，居民仍以参加福利、低价有偿服务的体育活动为主，作还就进一步深入开展社区体育提出了建议。
