| 摘 要： | 对新材料—彩色复合薄钢板的性能、特点作了简要介绍,通过对洗衣机、空调等家用电器生产制作中常见的几种薄板搭接工艺的比较,依据彩色复合薄板特性,着重探讨自身铆接工艺实施的可能性,并提出了几套具体办法.

| Abstract: | In the paper, the nature and characteristic of the new material -color clad sheet have been briefly introduced. After comparing the several kinds of common clad sheet lapping process in the washing machine, air conditioner and household appliances production, we emphatically discuss the operational feasibility of the self-riveting process, furtherly put forward several kinds of available methods depends on the nature and characteristic of the color clad sheet. |
