| 摘 要： | 结合中国近几年诸多行业经历的价格竞争剖析了中国价格竞争的基本状况，对不同类型的价格竞争的利弊进行了探讨，并在此基础上得出中国目前的价格竞争多数属于正当的价格竞争，政府不必急于干预。

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the price competition in many trades and its current situation in China and discusses the pros and cons of different types of price competition and the government's role in it. Then the author draws a conclusion that many of the price competition in Chinese market is legitimate thus the government need not to interfere in it . |
