“沈宋体”形式与内涵新论

在学史上，“沈宋体”被视为律诗定型的标志，其实并不确切。唐代律诗的成熟定型，经历了漫长的律化过程，沈、宋之前的四杰作出了最重要的贡献，与沈、宋同时的章四友也发挥了共同的作用。沈、宋的律诗创作实践，主要表现为在律诗体制建设中的体式全面性与格律的进一步精密化。同时，沈、宋律诗的价值除外在的形式方面以外，更重要的在于抒情内质的建构。再，在沈、宋的全部创作中，亦并不局限于律体，而是创作了大量古体诗，同样以其浓郁情感性表现构成丰富的情感世界。

New Discussion on the Form and Essence of "Shen-song Poems"

In Chinese literature history, Shen-song Poems have been regarded as a sign that the design of L?shi was finalized, which isn't accurate. It took a long time for the L?shi of the Tang Dynasty to be ripe and fall into its pattern,during which four outstanding persons, who were born earlier than Shen and Song, made the greatest contribution and four literary friends of their time also played an important role. Shen and Song tried to make the L?shi structure develop in an all-round way and the metrical patterns be more precise in their writing .At the same time, the value of Shen-song Poems lies more in the lyric essence besides their form. Furthermore, in addition to L?shi, they wrote a great number of gutishi , in which their rich emotion were also expressed.
