| Abstract: | Based on the relevant documents of the constitution, the autonomous law of minority regions, and the autonomous regulations of Honghe Hard and Yi Autonomous Prefecture, this article discusses the necessity of conducting finance autonomy in Honghe Prefecture. It also demonstrates the content of finance autonomy in HongHe Prefecture from the viewpoints of the fights of law establishment, the fights of fund management, the fights of tax management, and the fights of finanee support. |
