| 摘 要： | 新中国成立以来,我国大学生的婚姻权经历了一个起伏跌宕的曲折过程.而法制社会的大学生应该与其他公民一样享有婚姻自由权,这是宪法和法律赋予的权利,高等学校无权将其剥夺.明确在校大学生的婚姻权,要求高等教育管理树立权利意识,完善现代大学管理制度,培养大学生正确的婚姻观,成为高等学校建设中的重要课题.

| Abstract: | In the society of law system,undergraduate should have shared the matrimony right as other citizens,but the matrimony right has gone though a rise and fall process.From the history process,the authors demonstrate the legelity and rationality of the undergraduates'matrimony right,which might challenge the managing system of university,but it can also be done good for the establishment of the modern system of university,therefore the Matrimony Right of Undergraduates Should be Clearly Established in China. |
