摘    要:通过对钢铁材料的含碳量分布与磁化特性关系的分析,发现钢铁材料的矫顽力与其含碳量关系最为密切,进而研究了通过矫顽力来测量钢铁材料的渗碳层深度的方法;进行了钢铁材料矫顽力自动检测系统的设计,给出了单片机控制系统的结构及主程序流程.

Abstract:The paper researches magnetization characteristics relationship with carbon distribution in steel and iron materials.As a result,it draws a conclusion that the coercivity of steel and iron material has a close relationship with carbon distribution.By researching the testing method of cementation zone depth for steel products by coercivity,the paper completes auto-testing system design of steel and iron material coercivity measurement based on some periphery equipment,and the paper also satisfies the hardware design demands through hardware electric circuit's analyses and scheme argument.
