建立班级管理机制促进研究生思想政治教育的思考

在研究生思想政治教育过程中必须要重视班级管理。且必须要针对研究生班级管理的非集中性、非全面性、非全程性、非全员性等特点，建立井运用师资增量机制、师资运用机制、研究生激励机制、以及研究生干部选用机制,只有在建立并运用这些机制的基础上，加上各方面的协调与配合，研究生思想政治教育才会跃上一个新的台阶.

In the course of graduate student's ideological and political education, we must pay attention to class's managing, must to direct the characteristic of non-getting centralized , non-comprehensive, non-whole process, and non-whole student in the graduate student class of management, set up and use the increment mechanisms of teachers, the mechanism of teachers to use , the incentive mechanism of graduate students, and the mechanism of graduate student's cadre to select and use.
