| 摘 要： | 科研监管缺失是学术不端行为产生的重要的一环。本文分析了查新工作与学术道德体系建设的关系,探讨了查新机构存在的问题,提出查新机构必须健全查新机制,扩大业务范围,为查处科研不端行为,构建学术道德体系提供重要的技术支持和监管依据。

| Abstract: | Lack of Research supervision is one of the important factors for academic misconduct.This paper analyzes the relationship between the novelty retrieval work and academic ethics,discusses the problems existing in the novelty retrieval stations,proposes that the novelty retrieval station should establish a sound mechanism,expand the business scope,providing important technical support and regulatory basis for the scientific misconduct investigation and the academic ethic s system construction. |
