| 摘 要： | 针对当前食品科学与工程专业仪器分析实验课教学的现状,指出教学过程中普遍存在的问题,结合仪器分析实验课教学的实践探索,阐述了该课程改革所取得的初步成果以及将来改革的思路和设想,以培养更为出色的应用型人才。

| Abstract: | According to teaching current situation of instrumental analysis experiment for food science and engineering major,some common problems in the teaching process were put forward in this paper.On the basis of the teaching practice and exploration of instrument analysis experiment,preliminary results and the basic ideas and plans of teaching reform were stated to cultivate better applied talents. |
