| 摘 要： | 当前高校学生思想价值体系越来越多元化，高校自身在学生管理服务工作方面也有一定的欠缺，因而，对于高校大学生的思想政治工作带来了新的困难。大学生思想教育工作需要坚持以学生为本的工作理念，发挥教师和辅导员行为的表率作用，坚持制度创新，开展各项主题教育活动，以有效地开展大学生思想教育工作。
