| 摘 要： | 本文从分析女大学生心理健康现状入手阐明女大学生心理健康教育的重要意义，在分析女大学生存在的心理问题及产生原因的基础上，研究探索加强女大学生心理健康教育的方法途径，预防和解决女大学生的心理问题和心理疾病，提高女大学生心理素质，促进女大学生健康成长和全面发展。

| Abstract: | This paper mainly illustrates the importance of the psychological heahh education of female college students by analyzing the present situation of female college students＇ psychological health. On the basis of analyzing existent psychological problems of female college students,this paper tries to explore the method of female college students＇ psychological heahh education,prevent mental diseases,and solve the existing psychoh）gical problems. The final purpose is to improve their psychological diathesis and promote growth,all-round develpoment of female college students. |
