班主任工作技能实训课教学问题初探

掌握班主任工作技能是师范生成为合格的中小学教师的必备条件之一。师范生的班主任工作技能培养，是一个易被忽视、较难解决的问题开设班主任工作技能实训课不失为解决这一问题的有效途径，本文拟就开好这门课程的重要因素之教学方法问题，作一点探析，以就教于同仁、专家。

A Preliminary Exploration on Teaching Problems about the Training Courses of Head Teachers' Working Skills

To master the head teachers＇ working skills is one of the conditions necessary for normal students to become qualified primary and secondary school teachers. Normal students＇ training of head teachers＇ working skills is a problem easy to be neglected and more difficult to resolve. So giving training courses of head teachers＇ working skills should be an effective approach to solve this problem. This paper intends to have an exploration on the teaching methods,which is an important factor,with a purpose of having a discussion with and getting some advice from the peers and experts.
