粉碎机智能负荷控制系统设计

摘    要:分析了粉碎机的负荷与能耗和粉碎作业质量的关系,指出粉碎机负荷控制的重要性,详细介绍了粉碎机智能负荷控制系统的方案选择、硬件构成、核心软件设计和使用效果.通过装机实践证明,该系统实现了在无人值守条件下粉碎机运行的负荷自动调节,对改善粉碎加工的产品质量、生产能耗、经济性等方面与人工负荷调节相比具有明显优越性.

Abstract:The relation between the working effect and the workload and energy consumption of a grinder was discussed.The importance of controlling grinder workload was stressed.An intellgent workload control scheme including hardware composition and core software design and the working result of the control system were described.The results indicate that the system can realize automatic adjustment of the grinder workload,improve the products quality,decrease energy consumption and increase economic effect.
