| 摘 要： | 采用教学实验研究法,将动作表象演练引入普通高校武术教学.经实验结果表明,动作表象演练对提高武术学习效果的作用是显著的,特别是对武术套路动作完成的规范性、熟练性方面有较大促进作用.

An Experimental Study on the Image Training of Action in the Wushu Teaching |

| Abstract: | The experimental results show that adoption of image training of action to Wushu teaching in ordinary colleges could increase the learning effect remarkably, specially promote the precision and skill of completing the whole set of Wushu. |
