| 摘 要： | 文章分析了我国国际大都市外语学习和使用的状况,对国际语言环境概念、英语学习和使用的重要性及策略、汉语和英语的关系、助推还是降温幼儿学英语热四个问题进行了讨论,从实践、学术、政策三个层面对我国国际大都市外语学习和使用提出了建议。

| Abstract: | Through an analysis of the learning and use of foreign languages in China's international metropolises,this paper discusses four problems: the concept of international language environment,the importance and tactics of English learning and use,the relations between Chinese and English,and the attitude to children'sEnglish-learning fever.It finally brings up some suggestions for the foreignlanguage learning and use in China's international metropolises at the practical,academic and policy levels. |
