| Abstract: | United venture investments are increasingly adopted by venture capital investors and entrepreneurs because value-added services supplied mutually by united venture investments will bring value spillovers for each side.It expoundes the phenomenon,the meaning,and the mechanism of value spillovers in united venture capital investment.Then,it analyzes the positive effects of value spillovers from complementary value-added services through a case study of a listed company in China. |
