| 摘 要： | 采用反相高效液相法（RP—HPLC法）对克林霉素磷酸酯注射液进行含量测定和有关物质检查。色谱柱为C18柱，流动相为磷酸二氢钾溶液-乙腈（770：230），检测波长210nm，克林霉素磷酸酯注射液在0．27-1．37ug·ml^-1范围内有良好的线形关系（r=0．9995），平均回收率为99．9％（RSD=0．35％），最低检出限为4．8lag。建立的含量测定外标法及有关物质检查法准确且专属性好。

| Abstract: | A RP-HPLC method was used to determine the content and related substance of clindamyein phosphate injection. The chromatographic system consists of lichrosorb C18 Column （250mm×4.6mm,5um）. The mobile phase consists of sodium didydrogen phosphate solution-acetonitrile （770：230）. The method was used to determine by UV at 210nm. The liner correlation coefficient of the clindamycin phosphate injection amplitude at 210nm with concentration was 0.9995 in the range of 0.27-1.37ug·mL^-1. The average recovery was 99.9%（RSD= 0.35%）. The limit of the detection for clindamycin phosphate was 4.Sng. The method is sensitive and accurate, it can be used to determine the clindamycin phosphate injection. |
