摘    要:人力资本化是新世纪最重要的特征之一,教育市场人才的合理流动是实现教育人才资源优化配置和推动整个教育事业发展的关键因素。然而,我国目前对大学高层人才的认识、对待和利用上却出现了“经济人”、“奢侈品”、“万能家”的三大缺憾现象。从全社会的角度来看,这种以降低“帕累托效率”为代价的高层人力资源利用和配置现象应该得到纠正。

Abstract:One of the distinguishing characteristics of the new century is that of capital of human resources. The reasonable flow of personnel in the educational market is an important factor in promoting optimal distribution of human resources in education and the development of education as a whole. However, there exist three demerits in terms of the understanding, handling, and use of top -level personnel in the university, the manifestation of which being in the emergence of the economic man, the luxury man and the handy man.
