| 摘 要： | 国家主权在国际社会从来都是神圣不可侵犯，不可分割的。1917年俄国十月社会主义革命胜利后，列宁提出了“和平共处”的国家主权思想并为捍卫一切大小民族的自由与独立、捍卫本国国家主权进行了艰苦卓绝的斗争，最终维护了国家主权和领土的完整。

| Abstract: | State sovereignty has always been sacred,inviolable,and inseparable in the international community.After the victory of the October Revelution in Russia,1917,Lenin advanced the thought of coexistence for state sovereignty and struggled hard to defend the freedom and indpendence of all nations.His efforts safeguarded the inteqrity of soviet sovereignty and territory. |
