| 摘 要： | 随着专业建设的不断深入,传统的"分院教学院长—专业教研室—课程组"教学组织模式存在的缺乏统一、沟通难、相互关系不明确等问题日益突出,已经不能适应现代教学组织与管理的需要。在"专业群"理念下的"课程群"教学组织模式以"岗位模块化、职责权利对等、统一指挥"为原则,对专业群和课程群负责人的选拔和职责等进行研究,可以确保教学组织的正常运行与管理。
