| 摘 要： | 近年来，我国行业收入差距逐渐拉大。行业收入差距的主要问题在于垄断性行业与竞争性行业之间的收入差距。缩小行业收入差距，需要加强相关制度的建设与执行，既抑制垄断行业的不合理高收入，又要保证竞争性行业职工的合法正当收入。

| Abstract: | In recent years,trade income gaps in China is increasingly expanded,the main problem of which is the income gaps between monopolizing trades and competitive trades.To solve this problem,we should strengthen the construction and execution of related systems and institutions,both to limit the unreasonable high income in the monopolizing trades and to protect the staff's reasonable income in the competitive trades. |
