| 摘 要： | 本科生导师在我国各高校中已推行一段时间，但其效果并不理想。究其原因是多方面的，但本科生导师制的考评与激励机制不完善可说是重要原因之一。本文主要就考评和激励机制的建立与完善提出具体的建议和看法。
