乙酰胆碱对心肌和平滑肌的生理作用机制

摘    要:乙酰胆碱(acetylcholine.Ach)对心肌和胃肠道平滑肌的生理效应差异显著,Ach引起心肌产生负性的变时、变力、变传导反应,却使胃肠平滑肌兴奋收缩;心肌和胃肠道平滑肌分布着多种Ach受体,心肌的主要功能受体为M2,胃肠平滑肌的主要功能受体为M3。

Abstract:Significantly different physiological effects of acetylcholine on cardiac and gastrointestinal smooth muscle were found. Acetylcholine caused negative inotropic, chronotropic, dromotropic response in myocardial acetylcholine, while casused excitation and contraction in gastrointestinal smooth muscle. A variety of M-receptors distributed in myocardial and gastrointestinal smooth muscle. The major functional receptor was M2 receptor in myocardium and M3 receptor in gastrointestinal smooth muscle.
