西北地区高等教育的发展现状、问题及对策

西北地区高等教育自1999年以来实现了前所未有的大发展,学校数量增加,招生数大幅增长,生师比提高,校均规模扩大等,使西北地区高等教育的规模效益得到了很大的提升。但西北地区高等教育的大发展在一定程度上是一种数量的增加,而非质量的提高,由此也引发了一系列问题,阻碍了西北地区高等教育的可持续发展。因此,如何实现西北地区高等教育规模、质量、结构、效益的全面协调发展就成为一个很迫切的现实问题。

Development Condition, Problems and Keys of Higher Education of Northwest District

Higher education of Northwest district has achieved great development from 1999 to today.The number of universities and enrollment students added in a large scale,the rate between students and teachers increased,average scale of university enlarged and so on.All these make scale benefit of higher education of Northwest district raised.But in a certain the great development of higher education of Northwest district isn't based on quality but quantity,which also caused some problems which can hinder higher education of Northwest district from sustainable development.So how to make higher education of Northwest district develop comprehensively and coordinately in scale 、 quality 、structure and benefit become a urgent and practical issue.
