教学平等的独特性及其张力

教学是一个具有独特性和充满张力的平等领域,其独特性表现在其强烈的现场性、主观体验性和对人的行为的依赖性。其张力表现在有效的教学平等应该在提升学生的学习成绩、愉快体验和自我意识方面发挥作用,能够在某种程度上弥补由于社会阶层、经济地位、生活境域等因素给学习者造成的不力影响,让学生产生平等体验,真正实现为每一个儿童而教的目的。其中教师是关键力量和主要责任人,担负着实现学生平等的重任和使命。
